Melissa Noakes – Head of Sponsorship & Events, Santander.

With two decades of experience in connecting brands to audiences through passion-driven marketing, Melissa has orchestrated award-winning brand experiences and sponsorship activations globally for renowned names such as Santander, Sony Ericsson, Sony Mobile, Budweiser, L’Oreal, Jack Daniels, and Disney. Currently, she serves as the Head of Sponsorship and Events, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes high-profile partnerships with Scuderia-Ferrari, Formula 1, Silverstone, Santander Cycles, and popular television personalities Ant and Dec. Her role also involves managing “The Numbers Game” initiative and curating a range of immersive brand experiences. Throughout her career, Melissa has consistently found innovative ways to leverage people’s passions, creating meaningful connections between brands and their target audiences.

Stuart Wareman – Global SVP Experience, Events & Sponsorships, Accor.

Based in Paris, Stuart leads a team coordinating and managing the hotel group’s global sponsorships, member experiences and corporate hospitality.  The portfolio includes Paris Saint-Germain, Kylian Mbappe, Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Rugby World Cup France 2023, Roland-Garros, the Accor Arena, the Accor Stadium, SailGP & the Americas Cup, as well as multiple entertainment venues and food festivals around the world.

Before Accor, Stuart worked for nine years in hotel sponsorship, loyalty partnerships and co-brand credit cards, and spent over 12 years in sponsorship consultancy and consumer PR agencies.  He is also a Board Director of the European Sponsorship Association (ESA) since 2017.

Natalie Williams – Marketing Director EMEA, Airwallex

Natalie Williams leads marketing across EMEA for global financial platform, Airwallex. In her current role, Natalie heads up a team focused on accelerating the growth of Airwallex across the EMEA region, including launching and activating the Airwallex partnership with McLaren Formula 1.

Before joining Airwallex in 2022, Natalie led marketing and growth at startups and scaleups across both B2B and B2C in various industries, including consumer audio, revenue-based funding and autonomous vehicle technologies, having started her career at retailer GAP and Xerox. Passionate about tech startups, Natalie supports small businesses and mentors talent across sales and marketing in her spare time.
